Let the wheel pick your meal

Cannot decide what to eat? Spin the food wheel. It starts with twelve crowd-pleasers, from pizza and tacos to ramen and curry, and every one has the same chance of coming up.

Tap Fast food for a wheel of takeaway favourites, Cuisines to choose a type of cooking first, or Breakfast for the morning. Each set is twelve ideas, and you can edit any of them to match what is in your fridge or what is open nearby.

Eating with a group? Add everyone's suggestions as entries and spin. The wheel settles it, and nobody has to be the one who chose. Turn on "Retire winners" if you want a ranked list of options instead of a single pick.

How to use it

  1. Pick a wheel

Use the dinner wheel, or tap Fast food, Cuisines or Breakfast to swap it.

  2. Hold, then release

Hold the brass button in the middle and let go to launch the wheel.

  3. Go and eat

The winning food fills the screen. Not feeling it? Spin again, or remove it and spin for the next choice.

Questions

How do I add my own foods?

Type over any entry or press "Add an entry". You can have up to 40 foods on one wheel.

Can it pick fast food specifically?

Yes. Tap Fast food to load twelve fast-food favourites, such as burgers, nuggets and tacos. Swap in your own local spots by editing the entries.

What if I do not like the result?

Spin again. Each spin is independent, so nothing is owed to the last result. Or tap Remove to take that food off the wheel.

Is the pick random?

Yes. The wheel is a simulated physical object and every segment is the same size, so each food has the same chance.

Can a group use it?

Yes. Let everyone add one or two entries, then spin. It is a quick way to settle a group decision fairly.
